NEIGHBORHOOD 2014 Spring/Summer B-40. HBT / C-JKT

NEIGHBORHOOD presents the B-40. HBT / C-JKT from its Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Constructed using a herringbone-pattern tweed, the military-inspired jacket features adjustable waist straps, four pockets on the front and one on the sleeve. Finishing touches include three printed insignias and custom embossed metal buttons.

Staying true to their mission statement, Neighborhood has once again brought us a simple piece that doesn’t compromise on detail. A very versatile jacket for the spring season and I personally think that it can be incorporated into almost any outfit. 

visvim 2014 Spring/Summer FBT LHAMO-FOLK

For Spring/Summer 2014, visvim presents its FBT LHAMO-FOLK in some new colorways. Coming in black, dark brown, brown and beige, these FBT LHAMO-FOLKs feature premium UK cowhide suede uppers paired to Vibram soles. The hand-sewn uppers come without liners, making them relatively breathable and inside is a cork footbed for added moisture management and comfort.

Despite the sudden visvim craze, people who have been reading this blog since the beginning know that I’ve been posting about visvim since 2009. Anyhow, Hiroki Nakamura never ceases to amaze as he keeps releasing good product. Sticking to what he knows and utilizing his inspirations, it seems to me that every piece he delivers is almost flawless. With this FBT LHAMA-FOLK, personally one of my favourite silhouettes of the FBT moccasin, grabbing a pair of these would only be beneficial to your wardrobe. 

WTAPS 2014 Spring/Summer DESIGN HOODY

With the spring season finally in full swing, we get our first hands-on look at WTAPS’ 2014 spring/summer collection. The DESIGN HOODY remains quite simple as it features a 100% cotton construction, flush branding across its chest, and a small patch along its pocket that reads “placing things where they should be.” The current warm-weather range from WTAPS is already on select retail shelves around the globe.

I’m back once again posting good curated content after a long absence. The entire beginnings of this blog was to bring forth my personal take on newly released products and it all began with brands like A Bathing Ape, Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream, Neighborhood, WTaps, visvim and so on. So it would be only right to start by presenting you with this new hoodie from WTaps.

The general aesthetic of this hoodie is very minimalistic. With only the brand logo and the classic WTaps tag near the front pockets, its simplicity enables us to fully appreciate the silhouette and quality of the product. Definitely a good staple piece to keep in your wardrobe for the spring and even the upcoming Fall season.
